Position Summary:

DCMA is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join our Vendor Management & Procurement team. Reporting to the Vendor Management & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts and prices, processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking orders, maintaining inventory records, coordinating logistics, managing high volumes of emails, and providing support for special projects. In this role, you must maintain accurate records of assets in a comprehensive CMDB to support effective purchase order management and decision making. You will also manage the purchasing of equipment, software and services for all departments within the organization while striving for continuous process improvement of asset management and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with JDE and Service Now and will use their keen eye for detail to identify areas of improvement in procurement procedures.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and drive corporate procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and organizational goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while supporting best practices in procurement across the organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with employees, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of suppliers, trends, and pricing for various categories, providing analytical insights to optimize procurement processes and resolve complex challenges.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution to maintain data quality across procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, monitoring spends, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and alignment with accounts payable and Finance.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement automation tools to improve efficiency, and organize and execute strategic opportunities, including drafting RFPs, RFIs, and analyzing contracts and deal terms.
  • Develop executive-level presentations to communicate the impact of procurement and vendor management strategies and decisions effectively.
  • Provide training and support to corporate personnel and suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and resolving delivery, quality, and payment issues.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, accounts payable, sourcing professionals, and internal teams to maintain data quality and reconcile procurement data.
  • Support training corporate personnel and outside suppliers on procurement processes and policies.
  • Work closely with other sourcing professionals and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in purchase orders, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable concepts.
  • Experience with Information Technology sourcing and procurement strategies.
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, ServiceNow and JDE preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and working within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

DCMA has a hybrid work program in place, with opportunities for remote work depending on the nature of the role and needs of your department. This was implemented to provide operational efficiency while simultaneously giving employees flexibility. At a minimum, employees are expected to work in the office three days per week.

Minimum USD Salary: 120,000
Maximum USD Salary: 140,000
