Product Management Summer Intern – TSU MVP Engineer Division, Product Management Team

About the Role
The MVP Engineering (MVPE) Division, part of the Technology Strategy Unit at Fujitsu Research of America, turns advanced research technologies (especially AI) into working products and customer pilots.
This is a hands-on internship supporting product and project management activities in running the MVP development and customer validation cycle. You will report to our Product Manager and work closely with members from product management, engineering, and research teams and participate in real product and customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Track MVP features, tasks, schedules, and status updates
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Help coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across teams
- Organize feedback from demos and PoCs into clear summaries
- Document use cases, workflows, and basic requirements
- Prepare product demos, presentations, and internal reports
- Support customer pilot coordination
- Conduct market/competitor research and maintain documentation
Basic Qualifications
- Current Bachelor’s student in Computer Science or relevant Engineering major
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Prior intern experience in technology products especially AI
- Self-driven, quick learner, and result-oriented
Preferred
- Familiarity with project management or Agile/Jira tools
- Experience coordinating projects, student organizations, or events
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and software workflows
- Bilingual English/Japanese (preferred but not required)
