About the Role:
Appgate is looking for a versatile Product Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our small, fast-paced Fraud Protection Product team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of improving our product guides and documentation while also supporting product marketing efforts – including positioning, sales and marketing decks, and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator and creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment – someone who enjoys diving into the details of content creation while also shaping broader go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate it into clear and engaging content that resonates with internal and external audiences.
- Write, edit, and maintain high-quality both technical and non-technical product documentation, including but not limited to product guides, API and SDK specifications, how-to guides, and FAQs.
- Create and manage content for blogs, case studies, web pages, and marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO and audience engagement.
- Research and create product marketing collateral, including competitive analysis, product positioning, and field enablement materials.
- Ensure all content meets editorial standards and is aligned with brand voice.
- Organize content for usability and accessibility across digital platforms.
- Participate in content planning and contribute ideas for new content opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and to create timely and relevant content.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, communications and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and communications suitable for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively with stakeholders across different function areas
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels, departments, and geographically dispersed office locations
- Available for occasional travel to regional offices, site visits, industry conferences and events
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Nice to Have:
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Japanese.
- Product marketing experience with an emphasis on content creation, preferably related to fraud protection for the financial services industry
- Experience writing marketing content for B2B SaaS products that are technical in nature.
- Experience writing content for developers working with APIs, SDKs, or other developer frameworks.
- Experience with Mobile SDKs.
Preferred Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Area
