Ideal for students who have begun gaining relevant experience and are building their skills through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.
Job Summary
Assists the Corporate Card Manager at Purchasing in providing oversight and daily management of the card program which include reviewing all Corporate Card transactions and expense reports, manages reports, ensures policies and procedures are being followed, reports any corporate card problems including disputes, fraudulent transactions and other urgent issues to immediate supervisors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assists in the University’s Corporate Card Program.
- Assists in the Purchasing card procedures; reviews all Purchasing Card transactions and expense reports and ensures card holders are in compliant with the University’s policies and procedures.
- Assists with inquiries from departments and card holders relating to the Purchasing Card program.
- Assists card holders with the reconciliations of Corporate Card transactions.
- Performs other duties assigned
Skill Sets
- Must have strong computer knowledge and skills with word processing and Excel spreadsheet.
- Accounting major required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Must have great customer service skills in working with vendors, administrators, faculty and staff.
- Ability to plan and organize work routine.
- Can read in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese is a plus.

Base Rate Per Hour:
14.50

*Preference will be given to students who can work during academic breaks
