Job Summary:
In this vital role, the Bilingual Model Quality Assurance Specialist is entrusted with the accuracy and reliability assurance of machine learning model. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in identifying and addressing potential flaws through close collaboration with data scientists and engineers, thereby enhancing the quality of multilingual models. This position offers the flexibility of full remote work aligned with PST hours and opens pathways for contract extension or full-time employment based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of machine learning models focusing on accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure data integrity through meticulous checks and support multilingual End-to-End testing.
• Perform detailed data validation and labeling to fine-tune model outputs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting findings and actionable insights clearly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, results, and corrective measures taken.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in data processing tools, especially MS Excel.
