Sales Representative

Outgoing and Proactive Sales Representative needed for Growing Japanese Company!!!

A Japanese growing Manufacturing company is currently looking for an entry level, full time, fully onsite Sales Representative to support the continued growth of its U.S. business to join their Bufford, GA location.

Candidates with previous sales experience as well as candidates with no sales experience, but are thinking of starting their sales career are encouraged to apply!!! 

An understanding  of Japanese culture and/or Basic  Japanese language proficiency is required! 

This position will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal departments and domestic and overseas suppliers.

The ideal candidate is customer focused, self motivated, persistent, and able to build strong relationships with customers in a manufacturing environment.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this opportunity would be between 50k-60k with great benefits.

Your main responsibilities would be as follows:

・Develop and maintain relationships with customers across purchasing, engineering, and other departments

・Promote company products and services to existing customers and identify new business opportunities

・Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, blueprints, and sourcing or manufacturing methods

・Follow up on quotations and ongoing projects to secure new business

・Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and domestic and overseas suppliers

・Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service

・Monitor backorders and shipping schedules to ensure customer due dates are met

・Assist with order entries, cancellations, adjustments, changes, invoices, and related paperwork

・Conduct customer meetings in person and via teleconferencing

・Research market conditions and new business opportunities and share relevant information with management

・Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management

・Perform other duties as assigned by management

Please consider the following qualifications:

・High School Diploma or GED

・Valid Driver’s License

・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

・Excellent attendance record

・Experience in sourcing and/or manufacturing within the automotive, agriculture, or construction machinery industries is a plus

・Basic Japanese Proficiency ( Higher proficiency would be big plus)
