Japanese-English Bilingual Senior Financial Director

Strategic, Analytical and Accomplished Bilingual Financial Director needed for Japanese Manufacturer!!

A Japanese Manufacturing company is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Japanese-English Bilingual Financial Senior Financial Director for their Charlotte, NC location.

The Senior Financial Director is responsible for overall responsibility for accounting, finance, and tax management.

DOE and skill, the pay range for this position would be between 130k-150k with PTO and other benefits.

This position offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

This position needs you be fully bilingual in Japanese and English

Your essential duties would be as follows:

– Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the parent company (Japan’s finance team).
– Preparation of reports and proposals for the board of directors and executive committee within the group.
– Collaboration with regional management planning teams (gathering quantitative data such as monthly/annual reports and budgets).
– Consolidation of medium- to long-term business and management plans.
– Building relationships with external stakeholders (negotiations with banks, insurance, etc.).
 

Please consider the following qualifications when applying:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (master’s degree preferred).
– Over 10 years of finance-related experience (management experience is a plus, management experience in the IT Industry is a big plus).
– CPA or CMA certification is desirable.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in team management and leadership abilities.
– Japanese and English proficiency required ( written, read & spoken)
