A Japanese Electrical Appliances company is currently looking for a full time, hybrid B2B E-Commerce Account Manager to join their Irvine, CA.

The company is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth and manage our online sales channels with key E-Tailers such as Amazon, Newegg, and other E-Tailers. This role will focus on business development, platform management, inventory forecasting, sales planning, market analysis, and strategic execution.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and able to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives. Additionally, this role requires problem-solving skills to identify challenges, research solutions, and implement the best course of action.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 80k-100k mark. This position also includes amazing benefits such as medical, health, dental and vision insurance as well as 401k and PTO.

Your essential duties would include the following:

・Develop and manage B2B e-commerce sales channels, focusing on Amazon and other E-Tailers.
・Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on various platforms.
・Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to forecast demand and manage stock efficiently.
・Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
・Develop and execute sales promotions and seasonal campaigns.
・Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
・Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to business planning.
・Identify and troubleshoot challenges by researching solutions, evaluating options, and implementing the most effective strategies.
・Ensure compliance with platform policies and e-commerce best practices.

Please consider the following qualifications:

・3+ years of experience in B2B e-commerce sales or account management specifically using “Amazon Business”
・Knowledge with promotional methods to develop and expand customers of B2B E-tailers and be able to plan and execute them
・Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Newegg business, or similar platforms.
・Strong analytical skills and ability to use Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools for data-driven decision-making.
・Experience in inventory forecasting and demand planning.
・Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and external partners.
Preferred:
・Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
・Familiarity with SEO, PPC advertising, or other digital marketing strategies.
・Interesting in IT tech products.

Minimum USD Salary: 80000
Maximum USD Salary: 100000
