Sales Representative for Japanese Company!

Japanese Manufacturing Company looking for an Outgoing & Enthusiastic Sales Representative!!!

A Japanese Manufacturing company currently located in Tennessee looking for a full time, fully onsite Sales Representative to join their Lewisburg, TN location.

As this is an entry level position, candidates who are interested in OEM Sales who would like to start their sales career, or experienced candidates who are making a career change into OEM sales are encouraged to apply.

The right candidate would be hired for the Lewisburg, TN location, but since the company is currently looking for fully relocate to Dallas, TX, the company is seeking candidates who would temporarily work in Tennessee ( 6-10 month) and then make the move to the Dallas, TX area.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 50k-70k mark with great benefits.  ( For candidates with no experience in sales, the pay would be 50k. Sales-experienced candidates’ pay range will vary DOE And can go up to 70k)3

Your essential duties would be as follows: 

Manage and grow existing accounts with Japanese and U.S.-based OEM clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and manufacturing industries
Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts
Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and customer requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Work Location:

Initial training and work period: Lewisburg, TN (approx. 6–10 months)
Must be able to relocate to Dallas, TX after the initial period
Housing support provided during the stay in Tennessee

Sales experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
Experience in B2B or OEM account management (strong plus)
Background in manufacturing or industrial products (preferred)
Japanese language skills are a strong plus but not required
Strong initiative, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges proactively
