Sales Engineer ( Sales Representative)

Proactive and Diligent Candidate Needed for Sales Engineer (Sales Representative) Opportunity at Japanese Company!!!

A Japanese Manufacturing company is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Sales Engineer ( Sales Representative) to join their Plano, TX location.

The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, manage key accounts, provide technical sales support, and share market insights to strengthen brand presence and support continuous improvement.

This is also an entry level position, so candidates with existing engineering and/or sales experience are ideal, but candidates with no prior experience in these fields but interested are encouraged to apply. ( if you’re coming back from JET, this could be a great opportunity)

Japanese proficiency, although a very big plus, is not required.

DOE and skills, the pay range for thai opportunity will be between 55k-80k with great benefits .

Your essential duties would be as follows:

・Identify and qualify new business opportunities which are well aligned with our manufacturing and global network capabilities.

・Research markets, organizations, and individuals to find new business opportunities.

・Support and maintain current accounts to keep a strong relationship with them. Try to extract new projects from them.

・Actively pursue new business opportunities in various industries and be in talks for a design win.

・Establish and utilize new marketing tools to increase our brand exposure and awareness.

・Provide answers and solutions to customer questions about our products, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.

・Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.

・Attend and exhibit at various trade shows or industry events to understand current trends and technologies.

・Provide feedback from the market including key accounts, sales representatives, and tradeshows to the team internally, as well as R&D, for process or product improvement.

・Contribute to the overall team by accomplishing related operations as needed. Performs other duties as requested.

Please consider the following qualifications:

・Some experience in sales is preferred, but not mandatory.

・Experience in the electronics industry and/or engineering is a plus.

・English speaking ability (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.

・Japanese ability is a plus but not required.

・Previous work experience with a Japanese company, or knowledge of Japanese culture is a

plus.
