Position Overview
As a Reservationist at Noble 33, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a warm demeanor, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. You will manage reservations efficiently while embodying our core values of empathy, humility, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction:
- Act as a welcoming ambassador for Noble 33, ensuring every interaction reflects respect and kindness.
- Handle reservation inquiries with attentiveness and enthusiasm via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guests’ preferences, offering insight into the restaurant’s menu, ambiance, and special events.
- Manage guest expectations with tact and discretion, including accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
Reservation Management:
- Utilize reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) to manage bookings, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently.
- Monitor and optimize table assignments to maximize guest satisfaction and operational flow.
- Confirm reservations in a timely manner and communicate policies such as cancellation or late-arrival procedures.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Liaise with front-of-house and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Communicate guest feedback, special requirements, or noteworthy details to relevant team members.
- Maintain an open, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges or conflicts.
Professional Etiquette:
- Exhibit humility and grace under pressure, maintaining poise during peak hours or high-stress situations.
- Uphold proper phone, email, and in-person etiquette, ensuring all communication aligns with Noble 33’s standards.
- Adhere to privacy standards, safeguarding sensitive guest information.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest profiles.
- Assist with reporting or analysis as requested by management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of Noble 33’s venues, policies, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a reservations, concierge, or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) and basic office applications.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
