The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Reservations Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Reservations Team has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.
  • Run daily reports for Reservations department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager & Department Head.
  • Answer General Reservations e-mails, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.
  • Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.
  • Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations.
  • Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations.
  • Assist Reservation Managers with scheduling, overseeing daily tasks, managing team performance and coverage, as well as other managerial duties
  • Oversees daily offline office duties such as PP In-box, Arr/ORS, Chat communication, and email inbox. Insures all offline duties are performed professionally and timely to standard and balances the team’s assignments to insure all members are capable of performing each function.
  • Supports and coaches team to respond to glitches, questions, and challenging guests needs that foster stronger empowerment, trust, and business results.
  • Capable of performing all roles within the office and coach others to meet standards.
  • Manages the pre-arrival reservation communication and confirmation.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Three to twelve months of previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience required or High-Volume Call Center.
  • One to two years’ experience supervising and coaching a team within a professional work environment.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Preferred bilingual skills in reading, writing, and speaking additional language(s); Japanese highly desired
