Seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations for a high-end, membership-based dining concept in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
Strong background in Japanese cuisine is required.
Michelin-star experience is a strong plus.
Prior experience within a membership club or private club environment is a plus.
Proven leadership managing high-performing teams and delivering elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations with a strong focus on service, hospitality, and member experience.
Lead, train, and develop FOH teams while maintaining refined service standards.
Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and consistency.
Maintain strong presence on the floor, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with culinary and ownership teams to uphold brand standards and overall experience.
