Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business Growth: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong “hunter” mentality. Expand our customer base by targeting new markets and industries.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle-from initial outreach and technical consultation to successful onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Strategic Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships by understanding customer needs and aligning our solutions to meet their technical and business objectives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to prospective clients, leveraging your electronics knowledge to address complex challenges.
  • All other duties as required and domestic travel at 20-30%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (business-level or higher) is required.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
