We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing marketing team. This role is critical to our lead conversion strategy and plays a key part in bridging the gap between Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

As an SDR, you will be responsible for engaging with high-quality inbound leads-primarily from leading companies in the semiconductor and technology sectors-and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. Your focus will be on crafting personalized, relevant, and timely follow-ups that reflect a deep understanding of each prospect’s business context and needs.

You will collaborate closely with both Sales and Marketing to ensure every lead receives strategic attention and a tailored experience. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. Instead, it is a strategic position that requires thoughtful communication, strong research skills, and a consultative approach to engagement.

You will have the autonomy to experiment, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our pipeline and revenue goals.

This is a full-time role with base salary in the range of $80,000 to $110,000 USD , The on-target earnings (OTE) range is $120,000 to $150,000 USD depending on performance and experience.

Position location: Our offices in Santa Clara, Hybrid model

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years experience as a B2B SDR/BDR in global tech companies or similar sales role.
  • Native English speaker, comfortable with technical jargon facing engineers.
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with distributed sales teams, supporting their goals and needs.
  • Ability to understand deep technical customer pain points and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work globally with all time zones.
  • High sense of urgency following up in a timely manner.
  • Drive to meet goal – you turn all your KPIs to green no matter what.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a hunger to win fighting for every lead.

Advantages:

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM and Automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools for content review, ICP profiling and account research.
  • Semiconductor, EDA, or hardware domain knowledge.
  • Additional languages (Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin) for global outreach.
  • Experience supporting ABM campaigns and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Research

  • Become an expert on the various verticals and key players in the semiconductor and advanced electronics space.
  • Research every account using open-source info and CRM data.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop account intelligence and next steps.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to craft highly customized messaging based on pain points and use cases.

Engage

  • Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and convert into meetings for Sales.
  • Execute email sequences per asset, per market segment, after events or campaigns.
  • Ghost outreach on behalf of Sales, with personalized, timely, relevant communication.
  • Continue to nurture leads that have not converted.

Prospecting

  • Build and curate lists based on market industries, segments and geographies.
  • Conduct cold outreach with messaging tailored by market, company type, and role.
  • Prebook meetings for shows and events.

Collaboration & Tracking

  • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Constantly monitor and update accounts owners of their accounts activities and offer insights.
