We are looking for a Solutions Consultant
Target total compensation ranges from $185,000 – $230,000, including a fixed annual salary of $150,000 – $195,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
This role is ideal for marketers, project managers and implementation specialists who want experience working alongside the largest eCommerce retailers in the world, helping align Rokt to their business goals. You’ll use your background in marketing, ecommerce, customer acquisition, personalization and client relationship management to communicate the Rokt value proposition to prospective clients.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with our Business Development team, becoming an integral part of the sales cycle, setting up our customers in the right way and ensuring success over a long term partnership. You will not have a quota, but will have the opportunity to participate in the success of the growing Go-To-Market team.
This role directly impacts the company’s growth and is a crucial component to our ability to increase both deal velocity and deal quality as we scale both domestically and internationally.
About the role:
- The Solutions Consulting team is responsible for improving Rokt’s deal quality, velocity and ultimately, client success. We educate clients, project manage their integrations with Rokt, and improve the process over time
- Help marketing executives understand how Rokt will deliver incremental profit to their business by helping them better leverage their first party data
- Partnering with the sales team and solution selling; defining with the client how Rokt’s solution hits their objectives, coordinating bespoke demos of the product and pulling in Customer Success and Product as needed to establish credibility & deepen the relationship
- Prove the technical feasibility and value of Rokt’s platform to customers, showing a deep understanding of marketing and ecommerce technology
- Project manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle for new and existing clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives
- Responsible for coordinating customization work with the engineering and product teams and ensuring customized solutions are built for future scale and adoption
Requirements
About you:
- 3 – 7+ years experience in similar roles in digital marketing, customer acquisition, or CRM/retention, at an agency, or SaaS company (MarTech or AdTech businesses)
- Japanese, French and German speakers a plus
- Highly developed commercial and strategic acumen in multiple ecommerce verticals like retail, media & streaming, F&B, travel and financial services
- You understand the digital marketing adtech landscape with a constant curiosity to learn more
- Familiarity with common digital marketing tools, including but not limited to A/B testing, CRM tools, channels like Facebook and Google, website personalization, etc.
- You can clearly communicate how to integrate these digital marketing tools into an ecommerce website. You have a proven record of being a technical marketing champion within these platforms and verticals
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and willing to take constructive feedback to increase these skills
- Track record of driving revenue growth and sales efficiencies through your relationships with clients in previous roles
