Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be part of the Treasury & HOMIS group supporting various technical teams and business departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Lead the delivery of key projects driven by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Tokyo Head Office.
• Analyze system requirements and create design documents for ETL developers.
• Manage small-to-mid-sized projects by defining business and technical requirements.
• Conduct application change management in accordance with SMBC SDLC process flow.
• Tackle production issues by collaborating with business users, developers, and operators.

What’s Needed?

• Business fluency in Japanese and English.
• Basic experience working with Relational Databases and Enterprise Application Integration projects.
• Knowledge of financial products including Loans, Deposits, or Trade Finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment.
