The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Japanese cuisine experience, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you take pride in crafting beautiful, delicious sushi and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri, in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped efficiently to meet service demands.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, following all food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
• Provide outstanding customer service, accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving supplies as needed.
