Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Tech Support to join their team. As a Tech Support, you will be part of the support department supporting the client support team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Tech Support-Japanese
Duration– through 11/30/2026
Location: New York, NY 10172
Pay Range: $45-50hr
What’s the Job?
- Provide guidance and explanations on migration procedures and how to use the new system
- Respond to customer inquiries related to the migration process via phone and email
- Update customer-facing materials such as migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation
- Track customer migration progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions
- Escalate technical issues or concerns to internal teams and coordinate resolutions
What’s Needed?
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Strong common sense and general communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to respond flexibly to changing situations (mandatory)
- Experience in banking (if possible)
- Experience in customer support (if possible)
