About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced technical translators for ongoing translation projects involving highly specialized materials related to nuclear, chemical, and biological dual-use commodities, as well as missile delivery systems.

This opportunity is ideal for linguists with strong technical translation backgrounds who are comfortable handling complex terminology and sensitive subject matter in scientific, industrial, engineering, or regulatory contexts.

Languages Needed

We are currently looking for translators in the following language pairs and variants:

• Russian
• Ukrainian
• Spanish (Argentina, Mexico, Spain, and Universal Spanish)
• Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal)
• Italian
• German
• French
• Mandarin Chinese (Taiwan – Traditional Characters)

Additional languages may also be requested, including but not limited to:

• Armenian
• Azeri
• Georgian
• Japanese

What You’ll Do

• Translate highly technical written materials with accuracy and consistency
• Handle terminology related to:
• Nuclear technologies
• Chemical and biological dual-use commodities
• Missile delivery systems
• Engineering and scientific documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all assignments
• Deliver high-quality work within project deadlines

Requirements

• Strong experience in technical translation
• Familiarity with scientific, engineering, defense, industrial, or regulatory terminology
• Ability to handle complex technical content at an advanced level
• Excellent written communication skills in both source and target languages
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
