We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager. This key role will focus on hiring and training, and guest experience leadership – all while helping us build a stronger, more efficient front-of-house operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, especially during peak periods
• Create a welcoming environment that drives repeat business
• Leading hiring, onboarding, and training for FOH staff
• Support and coach staff on hospitality best practices
• Elevating guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and fast, thoughtful issue resolution
• Collaborating with the GM and leadership team to uphold brand standards and drive team performance
• Managing FOH inventory and ordering to keep operations smooth and efficient

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000/year
• Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually

• Full-time role, with flexibility (Closed Sunday & Monday)

• Confident communicator with a passion for people and service
• Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask across two dynamic locations
• Hands-on leadership style – willing to train, coach, and jump in when needed

Compensation: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
