Job Description:

Experienced in Design & Development of BIW Upper body & Underbody from the concept to mass production Design
Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance
Experience in Upper body & Underbody Feasibility check, Layout fixing and Master sections Creation
Experience in Roof, Fender, Quarter Panel, Body side Outer, Body Side Inner, Hood
Design stage interactions with digital designer, packaging
OEM experience in Product Development with experience of complete life cycle.
Good knowledge in Sheetmetal design
Communication with onsite and understand the design modification
Should Have Experience with Asian / Japanese Customer
Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level
Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Guide team on continuous quality improvement
Discussion with Onsite & customer and align Maturation with Project schedule
Knowledge on Side Impact, Front Impact Regulation for Asian and European market
Worked in at least two complete life cycle of Upper body design & Underbody Design
Knowledge on Product Quality, Product Finance, and cost
Have Experience in supplier selection based on complexity and tool cost
Good knowledge in Stamping process
3D,2D and 3DA experience in Catia V5 & Catia V6
Should understand the weld gun layout, Layout Check sheet
Experience in Project management, People Management, Project Tracking, Onsite communication, Task Assignment.
