Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting Snowfox/Snowfruit daily operations. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping out inventory to our retail and kiosk locations while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

This is a temporary part-time position intended to support operational and business needs until the assigned work assignment is complete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all outgoing products meet company quality standards
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and rotate stock as needed
  • Follow all food safety and handling guidelines
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
  • Report damaged, spoiled, or missing inventory to supervisors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Previous warehouse or food-handling experience preferred
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments (e.g., cold storage, outdoor docks)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Consistently follows safety and hygiene standards
