  • Analyze warranty claim data and communicate organized field information to the Quality Assurance Team to help resolve market quality issues
  • Support field campaigns by tracking and reporting on incoming claim activity
  • Collaborate with Yanmar factories, suppliers, and partners on warranty recovery efforts and resolve recovery bottlenecks

  • Work collaboratively with the Service, Sales, and Engineering departments to deliver best-in-class customer support

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree or 2-year technical certification – Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical or diagnostic role supporting Agricultural, Construction, Marine, Heavy-duty, or Automotive equipment (manufacturer, dealer, or service shop) preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or face-to-face setting preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction/Agriculture equipment and/or Industrial engine service trade practices, either through direct experience or extensive dealer interaction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely
  • Bilingual English/Japanese is a plus

What Sets You Apart

You bring an analytical mindset and a customer-first attitude to everything you do. You’re proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working across departments and cultures. You handle a busy workload with precision and professionalism, and you take ownership of your role as a resource and trainer for the broader dealer network.
