- Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to uphold high culinary standards
- Ensure consistency, timing, and taste in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wok and surrounding stations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven wok experience in a high-volume, high-standard kitchen – cruise ship wok experience welcome
- Background in Pan-Asian cuisine with familiarity in Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and/or Southeast Asian dishes
- Prior experience in Caribbean kitchens is an asset
- Experience from standout venues such as Buddha-Bar, Zuma, Hakkasan, Sexy Fish, Nobu, or Morimoto is highly regarded
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about authentic Asian flavors
- Must be single-status and open to relocation
Compensation Package
- Net Monthly Salary: $2,747.15 USD
- Housing Allowance: $1,400 USD
