Overview of the role

As a Senior Regional Director, you will provide guides to internal/external parties based on research of state and local business license laws, regulations, and case law. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire region, including the operations of staff, programs, and relationships with our clients. The Senior Regional Director possesses sales and marketing acumen. The Senior Regional Director will be responsible for supervising, developing, and executing sales and marketing plans for their region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work as a link between our franchisees to ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout all SNOWFOX operations.
  • Knowledge of all our operational procedures and processes to lead from the front.
  • Building a relationship of trust with our regional managers and working together towards goals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the region and organization.
  • Implementing plans and processes to maintain productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure Health and safety procedures are followed to both brand and retailer standards throughout the partnership.
  • Review and monitor all operational and compliance audits/reviews.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets.
  • Supporting Store Managers and acting as a primary resource.
  • Effectively manage the costs within your region, to ensure budgets are achieved.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.
  • Diagnosing problems with the running of the business and formulating effective solutions.
  • Working with department teams to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the market.
  • Clearly communicate business objectives to your Regional Managers, so they remain well informed of business activity and their required contribution to targets.
  • Ensure your region has 100% completion on Safety Culture Logs through daily tracking.
  • Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce.
  • Create innovative plans to continually improve regional support to our employees, franchisees, and Kroger.
  • Provides direction, development, and inspiration to team members’ career development/planning, performance reviews, and manages the hiring of an effective workforce.
  • Complete work assignments.
  • Determine proper channel coverage, compliance with policies, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure marketing plans and strategies are implemented effectively resulting in the achievement of sales.
  • A minimum of 40 hours per week is required. Due to the 7-day nature of our operation, some weekend and evening work may be required as determined by your direct manager and business needs.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • Previous director’s experience is preferred, but other areas of leadership will be considered.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the previous leadership position required.
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan multiple ongoing regional projects.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • The ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ethical leadership abilities.
  • Able to bring an element of excitement to the role, and pass this on to the team managed.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
