The RoleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, experimentation, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, AI-enabled marketing, or GTM experimentation, who’s eager to learn fast and drive real impact on pipeline and product awareness.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll run growth experiments, analyze performance, and optimize across channels – from AI-powered outbound campaigns to smart content loops and A/B tested funnels.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run growth experiments that drive qualified pipeline (SQLs), not vanity metrics.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation, data enrichment, and content generation platforms) to scale efforts across the funnel.
  • Test and optimize messaging, landing pages, and outreach using A/B testing and data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting across channels.
  • Contribute to creative, narrative-driven content that stands out – especially on social, email, and influencer-led channels.
  • Track KPIs like conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity, and campaign performance – and iterate based on data.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation in a B2B startup or fast-moving environment.
  • Are hands-on with AI marketing tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, Mutiny, or similar platforms.
  • Love experimenting and learning what works through testing and data – not guesswork.
  • Are familiar with traditional marketing fundamentals but lean into modern growth strategies.
  • Work well cross-functionally and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Are organized, analytical, and biased toward action over perfection.
