• Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test high-quality web applications
• Maintain and enhance existing systems with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements
• Build backend functionality using C#, .NET Framework, and MVC
• Create engaging frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop and integrate APIs and web services
• Prepare clear technical documentation in both English and Japanese
• Participate in future Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation project

• Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience with Java
• Proven expertise in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
• Strong frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with database development using MS SQL
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Previous involvement in ERP or business system projects
• Experience in end-to-end web application development and deployment
