Sushi Chef

Queen B Sushi From the team behind Caduceus Cellars, Merkin Vineyards, and Queen B Vinyl Café. Coming to Cottonwood in Fall 2026.
Position: We are seeking an experience Japanese/Sushi chef to join our team!
Experience: Five years or more experience as Head Chef in upscale Japanese cuisine.
Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience.
Skills Required:

• Proficient in cooking sushi rice.
• Excellent knife skills.
• Ability to source and break down whole fish.
• Able to work in a social situation in front of guests.
• Working knowledge of ramen dishes.
• Create exciting menu items.
• Control labor and food costs.
• Work well with and lead a small team.
