At Karma Asian Fusion, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for experienced, motivated servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a strong team, and take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

We are currently hiring one full-time server and are seeking candidates with open availability Monday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized guest service.
• Guide guests through our food, sushi, cocktail, wine, and sake menus with confidence.
• Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized section throughout your shift.
• Work alongside hosts, bartenders, bussers, food runners, and the kitchen team to create an outstanding dining experience.
• Uphold the high standards that make Karma a destination for our guests.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of high-volume serving experience.
• Full-time availability with open availability Monday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire to learn and grow.

Requirements

-Must be at least 18 years old

– Minimum of 2 years of high-volume serving experience

– Open availability Monday through Sunday required

– Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

– Strong communication and guest service skills

– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

– Team-oriented with a positive attitude

– Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
