Payroll Tax Staff – Hybrid

Have a CPA or EA license? Support payroll & individual tax prep at an accounting firm in Novi, MI with your advanced Japanese/English skills.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare individual income tax returns.
• Process payroll on behalf of the company’s clients.
• Prepare and file 1040 tax returns and other tax forms, inc. tax equalization calculations.
• Maintain payroll operations by collecting and entering data.
• Respond to notices and act as a client representative with the tax authorities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in  Accounting, or a payroll concentration within an accounting program from an accredited college/university.
• CPA or EA license (or qualified to sit for the CPA exam).
• Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Candidates residing within commuting distance of Novi, Michigan preferred.
