Onsite Interpreter / Technical Communication Coordinator

Urgent hire: professional bilingual communicator to interpret technical conversations & support effective collaboration between Japan/US teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation, facilitate smooth onsite communication, and support coordination in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Translate and review written materials.
• Support cross-cultural communication between Japanese and US teams and help prevent misunderstandings caused by language or cultural differences.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and other operational logistics.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an interpreter, translator, bilingual coordinator, technical support coordinator, or in a similar bilingual position is required.
• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English.
• This is not an engineering position; however, prior experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, cleanroom operations, or another technical environment is highly preferred.
