Job Description
A Japanese financial institution is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support its Washington, DC office. We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds who are interested in working in an international, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative and office support

* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and visitor arrangements

* Assist with travel coordination and basic expense processing

* Support office operations, supplies, and simple reporting tasks

* Help with event coordination and team support as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level preferred)

* Some professional experience (administration, customer service, hospitality, or similar)

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
