NTT Data’s client is currently seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk Technician to join their team in Houston (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description

• Seeking Bilingual (Japanese/English) IT Helpdesk Technician at Houston, TX. 1+years of experience working for a Japanese company in US is required.
• Will perform day-to-day support for PC and mobile-related problems including support for Tokyo executives, executive assistants, and Japanese managers.

Required skill / experience:

• 1+ years of experience working for a Japanese company in US is required.
• Must have Helpdesk support / troubleshooting, ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile devices, printers, monitors, and connectivity issues.
