About the Project:

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager (PM) to lead the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for Client, a Tier 1 automotive supplier. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with client’s Japanese leadership to ensure their feedback is incorporated into the project plan.

The PM will collaborate closely with Oracle, Fujitsu, and client to align project objectives, manage timelines, and facilitate smooth execution. Fujitsu will provide Fusion Functional & Technical resources from its Oracle practice, and Oracle Corp. will also be directly involved in the implementation. This role needs to manage the Project deliverables from Fujitsu and Fujitsu resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between client’s Japanese leadership, Oracle, and Fujitsu, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Gather and incorporate leadership feedback into the project plan while balancing technical feasibility and business needs.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
  • Coordinate with Oracle and Fujitsu teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are met.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and issue resolution across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with client’s business and IT standards.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP implementation or large-scale IT projects.
  • Experience working with Japanese corporations (ideally, automotive or manufacturing companies) and understanding their business culture.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $119,910 USD to $154,170 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
