We’re looking for a dynamic storyteller with strong business acumen and a passion for real estate, development, and construction to join our fast-paced team. Your Role.
This role supports a wide range of strategic and creative initiatives, including:
- Copywriting for a wide range of print and digital assets, including proposals, biogs, social media, website content, white papers, staff bios, case studies, marketing emails, webinars, presentations, collateral, internal communications, client deliverables, etc.
- Conducting keyword research to inform SEO-friendly writing across digital content.
- Proofreading of the above materials to ensure quality control of materials, which may also include coordination of proofreading with third-party services.
- Coordinating annual content review for collateral and other sales enablement tools with varying constituents and compliance/legal.
- Managing task execution for a variety of marketing projects that result in successful completion. This includes managing timelines, milestones, and internal details on project work to ensure timely delivery of written work and overseeing edits, requested changes, and approvals.
- Leading competitive research and market analysis to support content strategy, positioning, and campaign development with data-driven insights.
- Managing our annual client satisfaction survey, which includes list development, distribution, analysis, and reporting.
- Providing support for K-12 bond information campaigns for clients, guiding strategy, materials, and design discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors while managing content development from concept through approval and distribution.
- Assisting with the maintenance of our CRM system and other marketing technologies to monitor the success of marketing campaigns and online activities through them and in conjunction with other data sources.
- As part of the case study development process, coordinating photoshoots for client case studies, including securing approval from clients, determining shot lists, and facilitating communication between client relationship managers, client contacts, and photographers.
- Offering broad marketing support to our many industries, services, and initiatives, supporting overflow projects across entire marketing team from events to client deliverables, and much more, by building relationships with the Realpoint marketing team, broader marketing team, and internal constituents to help execute on marketing plan and programming using firm technologies and resources.
The qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related subject area.
- 1-3 years of business writing, communications, or marketing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask multiple projects/tasks and re-prioritize as needed.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques, with basic understanding of SEO principles and how search engines rank content.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software a plus.
- Knowledge of or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (namely InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro) and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Limited travel is required with this position.
- Candidates must reside in Southeast Michigan.
This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review the position location for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00
