As a Busser/Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service, creating memorable moments. In this role, you will support servers by providing excellent customer service as needed, while maintaining a clean, well-organized dining environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
• Clear, reset, and maintain cleanliness of dining room tables
• Operate bus carts and prep dishware for washing
• Box food for guests as needed
• Restock service stations and supplies
• Help maintain a clean, organized dining environment

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 60 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
• Must be at least 18 years old
