About this Role

• Customer Service Supervisors will oversee and serve their teams supporting their success, addressing on-the-spot opportunities for training, learning and mentoring, escalating and reporting shift details whether these details involve the service-based operation, operational or facility irregularities, performance issues of team members, or customer and stakeholder concerns and complaints.

What We Offer You

• Team members will start at $27 per hour. All full-time employees deemed eligible under the Affordable Care Act may participate in medical, dental, and vision insurances. All qualified team members are eligible and will automatically be enrolled in a matching 401(k). Paid time off will be accrued and available after the first 60 days at an accrual rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.

Who Will Be Most Successful In This Role

• Those with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or 2 or more years of experience within dynamic and fast-paced environments such as airports, event centers, high-volume retail and fast food.
• Fluent language skills in English with ideal candidates speaking additional languages such as: Spanish, French Creole and French, Portuguese, Arabic, German, Chinese (Mandarin), and Japanese.

Additional Considerations

To work you must provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization, and for work specifically at an international airport, you will be required to provide necessary documentation and obtain clearance for an airport ID, passing any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment.
