Job Summary: Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking an ESL Teacher at the Lewis F. Cole Intermediate School for the 2025 – 2026 School Year

Qualifications:

• Must hold a NJ English as a Second Language Teaching Certification
• Experience working with elementary school students
• Experience working with ELL students with various native languages
• Knowledge of NJSLS
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team
• Ability to speak fluent Japanese is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location: Lewis F. Cole Intermediate School

Position Start Date: September 1, 2025, plus NTO

Working Conditions: Full time, permanent 10 month position, medical benefits and pension. Salary range is $61,975 to $121,407, commensurate with education and experience as per negotiated contract.
