Native Japanese-Speaking Housekeeper [Live-In or Live-Out] Englewood, CO [10 Minutes from Downtown Denver]

We are a young, adventure-oriented family seeking a professional, native Japanese-speaking Housekeeper to join our household in Englewood, Colorado. Our 8,500 sqft residence features 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization. We require a detail-oriented, energetic, friendly, and reliable individual to ensure our home remains tidy. Immediate start available.

Fluent native Japanese proficiency is mandatory—applications from non-native speakers will not be considered.

Primary Responsibilities [Housekeeping]
Your role will focus on delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning and organization to create a serene and welcoming environment:

• Daily Cleaning: Dust furniture, gym equipment, shelves, and décor; vacuum carpets and hardwood floors; mop to a streak-free finish; clean baseboards, light switches, and door handles.
• Bathroom Maintenance: Sanitize all 7 bathrooms —sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors; restock towels and toiletries.
• Laundry Management: Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing, linens, and towels with proper fabric care; change bed linens weekly and make beds.
• Kitchen Upkeep: Load/unload dishwasher, hand-wash delicate items, sanitize counters and appliances, and maintain organized pantries and cabinets.
• General Home Care: Manage trash and recycling, care for indoor plants (watering, dusting, rotating), and keep entryways and high-traffic areas tidy.
• Seasonal Tasks: Assist with light organizing (closets, seasonal décor, guest room preparation).

Additional Duties

• Meal Preparation & Grocery Management: Plan and prepare nutritious Japanese or fusion-family meals and organized refrigerator and pantry.
• Occasional Childcare: Provide evening or weekend babysitting for our 4 year-old daughter (1–2 times monthly, with advance notice).
• Pet Care: Feed, provide fresh water, and perform light cleanup for two small dogs, four backyard chickens, and one tortoise.
• Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to our families frequent travel schedules, including housesitting and pet care during absences (some weekends required).
• Live-In Option: Private, comfortable quarters with en-suite bathroom provided within the home (single occupancy).

Candidate Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker
• Legal authorization to live in the United States
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, plus occasional evenings and weekends
• Warm, professional demeanor and genuine comfort with children and pets

Compensation: Flat monthly cash salary based on experience
