In this strategic role, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of global mobility programs across regions, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and standardized delivery of international assignment services. You will oversee vendors, manage key transformation projects, and drive process improvements that enhance employee mobility experiences. Acting as a liaison between corporate functions and regional teams, you will influence mobility strategy, ensure compliance, and promote operational excellence. Accountabilities:
- Oversee global mobility program operations, ensuring efficient and standardized delivery across geographies.
- Lead a team responsible for optimizing vendors, systems, and processes to achieve strategic transformation goals.
- Drive initiatives to consolidate vendors, streamline workflows, and improve mobility service performance.
- Partner with technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, project documentation, and feedback processes related to mobility programs and vendor performance.
- Support change management by coordinating communication strategies and implementation plans for global initiatives.
- Foster stakeholder alignment with corporate groups, regional headquarters, and business units worldwide.
- Supervise vendor agreements, RFP/RFI processes, and ensure compliance with service-level standards.
- Oversee team performance related to system usage, including AssignmentPro and related HR tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex global mobility or HR transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and geographies.
- Proven experience in vendor and contract management, including negotiation of service agreements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to strategic execution.
- Ability to lead teams in dynamic and ambiguous environments while maintaining clear direction and priorities.
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of AssignmentPro and familiarity with global mobility vendors is a plus.
- Japanese language skills or prior experience in a Japanese business culture are advantageous.
