A Japanese Electronic Parts/ Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is currently looking for someone with great customer service skills and good communication skills to join their team as an entry level Inside Sales Coordinator for their Itasca, IL location.

This is a hybrid position that would have you working from home twice a week and the rest in office.

As a Coordinator, you will Provide customer service by processing and confirming orders, coordinating purchases based on forecasts, and preparing weekly sales and inventory reports. Monitor shipping schedules and expedite urgent shipments. Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls, report preparation, and file maintenance.

The pay range for this position would be around the 38k-45k mark DOE and skills. This position comes with great benefits such as Medical, vision and Life insurance are 100% covered by the employer ( 70% for the any employee dependents)

Your essential duties would include the following:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​•  Provide customer service support by accepting orders, entering orders and verifying confirmation by the venders for delivery.
• Handle purchasing coordination based on sales forecasts and customer purchase orders.
• Prepare weekly sales forecast and inventory report and perform forecast analysis.
• Monitor shipping schedule and expedite the shipment of delayed or urgent products.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, preparing reports and documents and file maintenance.

Please consider the following qualifications when applying:

• AA or AS or higher in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain or related field.
• 1~3 years’ work experience in any field, but preferably in Sales, Freight forwarding or related industry preferred ( For newly graduates, any sort of intern experience can also be considered) .

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Candidate must be authorized for employment in the U.S.
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus.
