As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing menu items to perfection, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Routine cleaning, set up, and breakdown of the kitchen area
• Preparation of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Communication with servers to fulfill guests’ requests
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation with a focus on sanitation and safety
• Adherence to all laws and regulations outlined by management

Skills and Abilities:

• Availability on Weekends and Holidays preferred
• Strong knife skills and excellent communication
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds

Education/Qualifications:

• 2 years of cooking experience in the restaurant industry preferred
• Culinary degree a plus
• Completion of approved food handling training within 30 days of hire
• Must be at least 18 years of age
