Supports the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing. Independently coordinates marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral. Manages relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing.
  • Coordinates marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
  • An excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Have effective computer skills including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and various online portal interfaces.
  • An excellent writer and communicator specifically for responding to internal and external partners.
  • Self-motivated with strong self-management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and push forward with ideas to grow the business.
  • Fluent in writing, speaking, and reading English.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and with multiple departments.
  • Ability to comprehend their desires and concerns and translate them into meaningful tasks.

  • Valid US Driver’s License.

Work Schedule

Base Rate Per Hour

$14.50

Must submit a resume and current semester schedule (weekly view only).

Approximate starting hourly rate:

$14.00 – $16.00

The wage offered could be above or below range based on education and experience as it relates to the job description.
