About the job Product Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for overseas markets, monitor market trends, and provide feedback on sales plans. Participate in formulating annual sales strategies and policies, ensuring flexibility to meet targets.
  • Planning & Management: Break down and implement annual sales objectives, conduct regular plan reviews, and ensure consistent progress toward targets.
  • Business Management: Manage sales efforts for conveyor direct sales, key accounts, and container business. Develop public relations strategies for key projects, maintain customer relationships using CRM, and control sales expenses within budget.
  • Receivables Management: Proactively manage receivables and achieve payment goals based on sales order progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree, preferably with overseas study experience.
  • Experience: Over 3 years in logistics and conveyor system sales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems and sales solution design.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Competencies:
  • Market development, teamwork, and handling high-pressure targets.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Market insight and ability to form effective strategies.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (CET-4 or above). Knowledge of Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
