A Japanese manufacturing company is currently looking for a full time fully onsite Corporate Planning Administrator to join their Troy, MI location.

The selected candidate will serve as a key liaison between the company and the local community, acting as both a coordinator and representative. This role involves planning and participating in a variety of outreach activities including setting up informational booths at community events, attending donation drives, organizing voluntary park cleanups and engaging in other local initiatives with the goal of promoting the company, increasing brand visibility, and fostering strong, positive relationships within the community.

This position also supports corporate strategy development and works closely with group companies across North America, functioning with a high level of autonomy.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between 52k-62k with great benefits.

Your essential duties would be as follows:

– Create high-level communication materials and presentations for senior management
– Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, videos, websites, and standard presentations
– Provide regular reports on business opportunities and document relevant legislative developments
– Manage strategic initiatives such as the 2030 Business Plan and related projects
– Oversee translation of corporate documents to meet regional requirements
– Plan and execute internal and external company events
– Coordinate activities such as technical exhibitions, groundbreaking ceremonies, reforestation, and community outreach
– Manage internal approval workflows (RFA), including updates to related policies and procedures
– Handle company-wide subscription management
– Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
– Work in a collaborative team environment requiring flexibility and a proactive mindset
Please consider the following qualifications when applying :

– Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
– Self-motivated, team-oriented, and open to learning
– Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple assignments
– Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2016 (Word, Excel, PP)
– Ability to consistently meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability
– Language proficiency in Spanish, Japanese,  and/or French is a plus
– Flexibility to take on additional duties as needed
– Prior experience in Marketing is a big plus
– Prior experience with CANVA is a big plus.

Minimum USD Salary: 52000
Maximum USD Salary: 62000
