Job Description

Qualifications

  • MUST have minimum 10 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in the role of SAP Project Manager in green field / transformation / large brownfield projects
  • Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA is a must. Experience in at least two implementation projects.
  • Prefer project managers who managed projects using both agile methodology (SAP Activate) and ASAP
  • Must have experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade projects of medium to high complexity while ensuring compliance to standard project management methodology, processes & tools ensuring business value delivery

Tools and accelerators: Must have experience in using project management tools and tracking tools and should be able to create if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectation
  • Preparing project plans, tracking key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources for successful project delivery
  • Regular plan & schedule monitoring of the project and reconcile with the baseline plan
  • Maintain risks & issues log and follow-up on the closure actions
  • Drive the project closure activities effectively including financials
  • Adopt the Agile Project Management practices manage the delivery with core Agile principles and ASAP
  • Ensure quality gating of deliverables and phases to deliver product with minimal errors
  • Track changes to baseline and handle requests for change, secure approvals for requests for change

Leadership & resource management

  • Effectively mobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment & material)
  • Allocate and assign project work assignments to resources, monitoring of the tasks, reviews and maintain cohesion in the team
  • Professional management of 3rd party parties
  • Clear, concise & regular reporting – Weekly & Monthly status report, Project steering committee meetings
  • Ensure compliance with EIT standard PM methodology, IT Policies, Security Standards. Maintain and manage Issue register and Risk Register

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $126,000.00 to $181,440.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
