Qualifications:
-3+ years of kitchen management experience at high volume restaurants
-Passionate about hospitality and career growth
-Local candidates
Japanese experience preferred not necessary

Responsibilities:
–Oversee BOH operation of 20+ employees
-Ensure successful daily operation
