Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be assisting with all phases of the recruitment and selection process for the Talent Acquisition department, including the coordination and administration of Talent programs and systems. You will ensure such support occurs in a timely, orderly, efficient, and professional manner.

Schedule Detail:
- Monday through Friday
- This is a remote position but need to be based in Hawaii to attend events and job fairs as needed
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Assists Talent team with projects, reporting, and administrative support
- Coordinates internal and external events and job fairs for purposes of recruitment outreach, attend the event as needed
- Ensure bonuses are paid out accurately in a timely manner
- Answers phones and manages the flow of traffic coming into the applicant area where applicable, answers questions, and directs team members and/or candidates accordingly
- Manages pre-employment paperwork and the offer process, and may initiate the electronic onboarding system to trigger background checks and employment verification
- Manages and tracks all data associated with new hires and orientation, and coordinates dates with necessary parties
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Assists with the administering of any skill-based or selection assessment tools
- Runs searches in internal and external applicant tracking databases to generate additional candidate flow
- Assists with coordination and administration of Talent programs to increase candidate flow and support recruiting efforts
- Assist Talent Acquisition leadership with other duties as assigned

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of general office experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be trustworthy and adhere to strict confidentiality procedures
- Must have initiative and the ability to learn quickly
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to internal and external recruiting events
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese
- 1 year of experience in a recruiting environment
- 1 year of experience using an applicant tracking system
