JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with business leaders and contribute to a company that makes medicines to help people live longer, healthier, and more active lives. Let Lilly be the launchpad to your career and help to unlock your potential.
The internship will provide hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Brand Strategy and Implementation
- Multi-channel Engagement / Digital Marketing
- Operations Support
- Assigned special projects based on business needs
EDUCATION AND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master or Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Please note that for a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must be in their Sophomore year as a minimum. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- It is required that all student interns be enrolled in their respective college or institution and provide evidence of their insurance coverage
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fully Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Purpose-driven and values-based individuals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES:
- General knowledge of labor laws
- Computer literate (MS Windows, Workday)
- Exercise good judgment and privacy-oriented
- Teamwork and attention to detail is a must
